Forest bathing, also known as Shinrin-yoku, is a Japanese practice of immersing oneself in nature, specifically forests, to improve well-being and health. It's a mindful activity that encourages connecting with the forest using all five senses.

Glenda loved painting scenes of the forest and trees some with only small flashes of colour from remaining leaves on the branch or other times the highlights for where the sun could still peek in between the trees, to remind us to look for the splashes of colour even in the everyday.
